green light is on and a monitor is connected. We are unable to communicate with the Jetson. Nothing is being displayed off the usb port. Do I order another Jetson or is there a contact at Jetson we can work with?
Do you have an SD card installed?
We are having the exact same issue as well, and yes we have the SD card installed.
We do have our Jetson from last year, could we just our old Jetson instead of this one?
@jeff.womack yes, you can. I have seen this issue on another Jetson. Use your old one for now but I think you might reach out to BellAVR@roboticseducation.org to request a replacement Jetson.
